Our ritual medicine blend is comprised of:
  • Wild roses from the beaches of the Upper Sunshine Coast
    Gently heart healing, with a long lineage of feminine tending, and wide range of medicinal applications over thousands of years.
  • Lavender grown on the Selkie Sanctuary grounds
    Often associated with 'Grandmother' or 'Old World' energy, she adds calming, dream promoting sleep aid, and digestive support.
  • Chamomile grown on the Selkie Sanctuary grounds
    Like a young girl receiving Mother's care, delicate yet full bodied. Mildly sedative, soothing of ailments both internal & external, and well known to relax cramping and spasms.

  • Mint grown on the Selkie Sanctuary grounds
    Innocence reminiscent of childhood. Uplifting our mood, energy, and respiratory system while soothing nausea and digestion troubles. 
​Ritual Medicines of the Selkie Sanctuary have limited seasonal availability and are created in small batches. Currently available in 3g packages, this divine smelling and energetically comforting blend is suitable for use as:
